Returning to the UAE at its birth, he joined the Ministry of Education, becoming a founding pillar of the modern school system.

Appointed as Principal of Ras Al Khaimah Secondary School. For 29 years, he shaped the minds of future ministers and nation-builders.

The Khalifa Award
